I like to call this ground turkey lunch!

The ingredients
Ground turkey - 1 pack
1/2 pack of taco spice (I like to use Mcormick hot)
1/2 yellow onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 TB of olive oil
1 tomato
1/2 lime
1 bag of cabbage and carrots
2.5 cups Brown rice
This is for an entire week!
Now make it!
Start cooking your brown rice
Saute the onion and garlic with olive oil
Add the ground turkey and taco seasoning
Once the meat is fully cooked, add the cabbage and tomato
This recipe serves 5 lunches and is around 430 calories!
